Akinwole Olatunji Isaiah, known professionally as Zaiy, is a Nigerian
Afro-Pop Fusion Singer and songwriter from Ogun state. He is influenced by musicians like Koffee, Post Malone, XXX Tentacion, Beautiful Nubia, Billie Eilish, Baba 70 to name a few; and every Afrobeat artist spreading the culture on the global stage.
Zaiy has been associated with music since his early teens, having been involved in church choirs growing up, he realized he had a career in music after recording his first song at age 16. With a calm and appealing demeanor and an energetic personality, he has been able to identify his unique sound and is ready to tell his story.
Zaiy is inspired by his trials and his dreams of becoming an impactful icon with a loud voice for his generation. With his style of music, Zaiy intends to
capture a diverse local and global audience.
Zaiy is working towards his debut EP/Album with release scheduled for Summer of 2023. However, there will be a capsule EP of two tracks released by January of 2023 which will act a Zaiy’s official introduction into the music scene.
With notable names like Willis, Ozedikus, Dj 808, Zarion Uti, Jinmi Abduls, to name a few; currently working with Zaiy on his official debut EP project scheduled for summer 2023, it’s poise to break new grounds in the Afrobeats landscape and shoot everyone involved into the limelight.
